Chi Running by Danny Dreyer is a must for all runners of all abilities. It shows you how to run fast with minimal effort and without injury all by working with your body not against it. I read this book last year and put it into practice straight away. I'm now re-reading it and have realised how much information is in it and how much of it I have forgotten. It is a book I'll read every year from now on.
