Do you legs often feel heavy even if you haven’t done any exercise recently?  Stimulating the blood and lymph flow in your legs and arms can do wonders for making you feel light and lively again.  Massage your arms and legs in the direction of your heart with firm, strong strokes to encourage the blood and lymph to flow. This is best done after a bath or shower and using a body lotion to smooth the skin at the same time will give you a double boost.

For an instant pick-me-up, lie on the floor and put your legs up against a wall. Make sure your legs are completely straight against the wall and just remain there and relax. When you right yourself again, your legs should feel light.
